To start a project, the first step is to complete our onling project inquiry form or schedule a clarity call. Next we will reach out with additional information about our process and how we may work together. We then offer a paid in-home consultation (TN residents only) or a zoom meeting for virtual design projects. During this call, we will review your project goals, budget and aestheric and talk through the initial ideas and concepts for your project. After the initial meeting, we will send a design fee proposal for you to review and sign if you wish to move foward. 

When selecting or identifying which services suits you better from our capabilities and offerings, there are several factors to consider, including but not limited to: your lifestyle and level of involvement, budget, time frame and type of service, if you need in-person or remote services. We offer a wide range of services from full design services and virtual design services. While each project is tailored specifically to your project requirements, our fees are based on an hourly fee and are calculated based on the project scope. This is determined up front to allow the client to budget in a proactive way. We strive to keep our pricing competitive and reflective of the knowledge and expertise we bring into each project our hourly for a senior designer is typically around $185/hr. depending on the complexity of the project and the team member assigned to your project. Our kitchen design package is typically price around 20 to 30 hours depending on the scope of work. For a bathroom design is typically 10 to 20 hours. Generally, we learn in architecture and design school, design services account for approximately 10-25% of your overall budget. Once we receive your project details, we will provide a detail design fee proposal customized to your project for you to review and sign.

It depends on the project requirements and the scope of work. Design projects take from two to four months from start to finish. The timeline for installations and implementations is up to the client, whenever you decide to purchase the material selections or item selections. The procurement and installation phase comes after the design is approved and complete. For a full service custom home it can take up to 1-4 years to complete, depending on the level of details, the square footage and the builder's timeline.
