Our websites servers are located in the United States of America and Canada and, accordingly, your information is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Our third-party hosting provider(s) collect(s) and store(s) server logs to ensure network and IT security and so that the server and websites remain un compromised. When you want to start an architectural design project with us by clicking on the displayed ‘START YOUR PROJECT’ button on our website we collect information and details about your architectural project you provide in that email (photos, measurements, preferred architectural style, goals for your project, and the information contained in any question block in our project submission survey to request a quote or order on of our design packages.

We use a third-party form provider/customer service management tool to store answers and results you send us by voluntarily completing these forms for your project.
